Coaching professionnel

Post 1LinkedIn

On ne manque pas toujours de motivation. Parfois, on manque d'espace mental.

Souvent, l'énergie revient quand on arrête d'empiler :

Conseil DEI & Capital Humain

Leaders & organizations building inclusive workplaces

Angle éditorial

Practical, business-minded DEI voice. Posts move inclusion from intention to infrastructure — boardroom-ready, zero performative slogans.

Post 1LinkedIn

Inclusion is not a statement. It is a series of operating decisions.

Many organizations say they value inclusion. The real test is where inclusion appears in the day-to-day:

  • Who gets invited into early conversations?
  • Whose feedback changes the decision?
  • Which behaviors are rewarded?
  • Which barriers are measured instead of assumed?
  • Who feels safe enough to disagree?

DEI work becomes more credible when it moves from intention to infrastructure.

That does not always require a massive program. Sometimes it starts with one better meeting habit, one clearer promotion process, one leader willing to ask a harder question.

What is one operating decision where inclusion could become more visible in your organization?

Post 2LinkedIn

DEI fatigue often comes from vague promises, not from the work itself.

People lose trust when initiatives sound important but never touch their daily experience.

The antidote is specificity. Instead of "we are committed to inclusion," try asking:

  • Which process are we improving this quarter?
  • What behavior do managers need to practice?
  • How will employees know something changed?
  • What data will we review without defensiveness?
  • Who is accountable for the next step?

Specificity turns DEI from a message into a management practice.

Save this list for the next time your team reviews a people initiative.

Belonging is built before the crisis moment.

Employees do not suddenly decide whether they trust leadership during a difficult conversation. They make that decision over time.

Trust is built through patterns:

  • consistent follow-through,
  • transparent decisions,
  • fair access to opportunities,
  • managers who listen without retaliation,
  • systems that do not depend on personal favoritism.

When belonging is treated as a daily leadership responsibility, hard moments become more navigable.

When it is treated as a poster value, hard moments reveal the gap.

What is one trust-building behavior your managers can practice this month?

Business owners & operators who want practical AI, not hype

Angle éditorial

Demystify AI for SMB leaders: waste reduction, simpler workflows, faster decisions. No tech jargon — just operational clarity.

Post 1LinkedIn

AI is most useful when it removes waste, not when it creates more dashboards.

Many small businesses start with the wrong question: "What AI tool should we use?"

A better question is: "Where are we repeating manual work that does not add value?"

Look for the friction first:

  • copy-pasting between systems,
  • rewriting similar emails,
  • summarizing long documents,
  • searching for old information,
  • creating reports nobody reads fully.

AI should not be a shiny layer on a messy process. It should help the team spend less energy on avoidable waste.

What recurring task would you remove first if you could?

Post 2LinkedIn

A bad process with AI is still a bad process.

Automation can make waste move faster.

That is why the lean sequence still matters:

  1. 1.Observe the workflow.
  2. 2.Remove unnecessary steps.
  3. 3.Standardize the useful parts.
  4. 4.Then decide where AI can support.

If a process is unclear, AI will not magically make it reliable. It may only hide the confusion until the output breaks.

The best AI projects are often boring at first. They start with mapping reality.

Before adding a tool this month, map one workflow from start to finish.

Post 3LinkedIn

Your team does not need 50 AI prompts. It needs 5 trusted workflows.

Prompt libraries can be useful. But adoption happens when people know exactly when and how to use AI.

For example:

  • summarize customer feedback every Friday,
  • turn meeting notes into action lists,
  • draft first-pass SOP updates,
  • compare supplier quotes,
  • prepare a client follow-up email from call notes.

Simple workflows beat random experimentation.

The goal is not to make everyone an AI expert. The goal is to make good work easier to repeat.

Which workflow would save your team the most time this week?
